No, not at all. You can add as many requests as you'd like to your backlog. We'll keep working on them one at a time until you're 100% satisfied. To get the most out of Again, it's best if you always have requests in your backlog to keep us busy.

In general, most design requests are fulfilled within three business days. However for more intricate projects, additional time might be required. In such cases, we might break down the project into smaller chunks to ensure each element is handled with care.

As Again Digital is a one-person studio, you'll work and collaborate directly with me as the founder. I have over 12 years of web and product design experience. I've lead teams in both full service design agencies as well as with venture-backed high growth startups too.

You'll receive a welcome email from me almost immediately, we will then set you up a board on Trello to manage and track your design requests.

There might be periods when your design workload doesn't extend throughout the entire month. For example, you could have just one or two design requests at present. That's when the option to pause your subscription becomes valuable.

Our billing cycles span a 31-day period. Suppose you register and utilise our service for 21 days, and then opt to pause your subscription. In this scenario, the billing cycle will be temporarily suspended, and you'll still have 10 days of service available for future use.

In cases where design or development work has not started, we do offer refunds.
